Open Training
Open Training is a unique opportunity for dedicated athletes to take their training to the next level. Designed for experienced gymnasts who are motivated to improve specific skills, Open Training provides additional time in the gym to focus on personal goals, refine technique, and build confidence. Athletes work independently in a focused environment while still having an instructor present for supervision and occasional guidance.
Since open training is earned training time, it is for athletes who are serious about their progress and ready to take ownership of their training. Participants are expected to arrive prepared, warm up independently, and train with intention while following all safety protocols and respecting other athletes’ space and focus.
Pre-approval is needed to attend open training. Please check to see if your class or program is on the pre-approved list.
