How to Purchase a Physical Gift Certificate

  1. Stop at our Front Desk and let our team you’d like to purchase a physical gift certificate!
  2. We’ll need to know who it’s for and how much you’d like on it. 
  3. We’ll take payment in the form of card, cash, or check!
    1. Don’t have an account? That’s okay! You don’t need one to purchase a gift certificate. (Please note that if you don’t have an account and you’re paying with card, we will need the billing address information.)
  4. We’ll hand you a gift certificate, complete with an envelope. Perfect as a stocking stuffer or a birthday surprise!

NOTE: If you want the gift certificate to be a complete surprise for both the student and the family, you’ll want to choose the physical gift card option!

How to Purchase an Online Gift Certificate

  1. Visit the online e-gift card page.
  2. Enter the desired amount.
  3. Make sure to select “This is a gift for somebody else” if you are purchasing the gift certificate for an account that is not your own, so that we can make sure the credit gets applied to the correct account.
    1. Don’t have an account? That’s okay! You don’t need one to purchase a gift certificate. 
  4. Fill in the the required information, select “buy now“, and continue with payment information.
  5. Once complete, our staff will manually enter the gift certificate into the correct account. As this is a manual task, please allow 24-48 hours to see the credit applied on the account
    1. This credit will be visible to the account owner. If you would like it to be a surprise please stop in and purchase a physical gift certificate. 

NOTE: If you are purchasing this as a gift for a student on your account, you do not need to select this is a gift for somebody else. It will be attached to your account as long as you are logged in.

  • Gift certificates can be used for the following Mini Hops offerings:
    • Recreational Classes
    • Special Events
    • Lobby Pro-Shop
    • Field Trips
    • Mini Gym Open Gym
    • Private Lessons
    • Academic Preschool
    • School’s Out or Summer Camps
    • Competitive Programs
  • Gift certificates are good for one year after purchase (if not redeemed). Once credit is on an account, it will remain until completely used.
  • Gift certificates can not be traded in for cash.
