Gymnastics Isn’t Just for Kids!
Gymnastics Strength for Adults
This class is for adults who are 18 years or older looking to practice or learn gymnastic movements. Wither you are a former gymnast, trained athlete, or this is your first time in a gym, this is the perfect class for you. The class will work on movements like a sequence on rings, flip on the tramp or how to land an aerial on the floor.
Adult Power Workout Class
The same full-body workout for 9 weeks, athletes will work on strength and intensity using your own body weight (calisthenics). This class will not use the gymnastics specific equipment and will only last 30 minutes in total so you can be done before or when your kids finish their gymnastics classes. Make sure to bring a water bottle.
Adults can attend if they are registered in a Gymnastics and Strength for Adults.
This class is for athletes above 6 years of age and in 1st Grade or above. Mini-Hops Gymnastics is offering an opportunity for gymnasts and tumbling athletes to utilize our facility for Open Training. Our Open Training will feature a knowledgeable instructor who will be available to assist athletes with their skills and goals. This practice will be designed to encourage independent work, and the athletes will have the freedom to choose what they would like to focus on for the class, provided that it is constructive. This practice differs from Open Gym due to the fact that the coach will open up designated areas in the gym based on the athlete’s goals that are attending the practice and set up drills to assist the athletes as needed. Athletes can choose to work with the instructor one on one or complete an assignment of their choosing on their own with supervision. This is a great opportunity for athletes to utilize the Mini-Hops equipment and facility while being able to complete goals independently with an instructor available to assist if needed.
