Pre-teen Intern and Student Assistant Instructor Leadership Program

This program is for youth who have an interest in teaching and passing on learned skills to upcoming athletes. Master coaches help the young interns understand the developmental stages of children, as well as teaching skills. Most interns graduate to the paid student assistant instructor program where they acquire more responsibilities and education in leading and teaching youth. Both programs emphasize making a difference in the lives of children while becoming responsible people in the work force. With training and education these students become strong, confident teachers and leaders with outstanding work ethics.
