Experienced Gymnastics Coach

Experienced Gymnastics Coach in Plymouth!

Mini-Hops benefits include 401(k), paid holidays and discounts for all coaches and staff. Wages and benefits commensurate with experience. Part time can become full-time for the right candidates.

We are looking for candidates that have the following qualities:

  • A love for working with children
  • Passionate about the physical, social and emotional growth and development of children
  • A thoughtful, intelligent and analytical thinker with excellent integrity and judgement
  • Strong technical skills and ability to teach life lessons positively to athletes
  • Inspire trust, confidence and enthusiasm in the organization
  • Willing to do everything necessary to achieve coaching excellence
  • Exhibit behavior that exemplifies the highest professional, ethical, and moral standards
  • Recognize that all staff have a role in customer experience
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays!

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in coaching/teaching gymnastics
  • A willingness to teach/coach in all of our programs: gymnastics (boys, girls, trampoline, preschool, dance, adaptive and more!); interest in customer experience a plus!
  • A good knowledge base of progressions and techniques for coaching/teaching gymnastics.
  • Ability to adapt to Covid restrictions and a different style of coaching/teaching such as, wearing a mask, spacing the athletes, less spotting and more progressions.

We are hiring for daytime before and after-school hours and weekends. We are open 7 days a week 8:00 am-9:00 pm. The strongest need is for evenings from 4-8 pm and Saturday mornings from 8:30 am-1 pm.

Part-Time Kids Specialist/Sports Instructor

Mini Hops Gymnastics is looking for caring, energetic, and creative people to work with children ages 1-18 teaching life lessons through the sports of gymnastics, dance, karate and more. A love for children is required, experience in gymnastics is not. We are hiring for daytime before and after-school hours and weekends.
