Customer Experience Manager

Mini-Hops is located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis in a 48,000 sq. ft. facility.  We serve about 1,600 children per week and thousands of families over the 45 years of our existence!

Mini-Hops Gymnastics is a leader in teaching life lessons through sport to people of all abilities! Our goal is to “Maximize Impact” on our community. We are constantly striving to provide outstanding customer experiences that exceed parent’s expectations and build long-lasting relationships with families.  Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in customer service.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot to fit the needs of the business.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time, tasks, and employees during peak times of service demand.
  • Gymnastics or youth sports experience a plus!
  • A willingness to learn about all our programs: gymnastics (boys, girls, trampoline, preschool, dance, adaptive), special events, camps, teams, and more!
  • Be able to oversee the entire customer service “big picture” in a business with many moving parts.
  • Ability to adapt to Covid restrictions and express/enforce the precautions to our customers in a positive way.
  • Ability to lead the front desk in an effective and collaborative way.
Boys Gymnastics Team Director

Mini-Hops is located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis in a 48,000 sq. ft. facility. Our boys’ team is 70 members strong, ranging in age from 6 to 18. With 1,600 total enrollments through recreational, teams and Academic Preschool, we are one of the largest facilities in the region.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years experience in coaching/teaching all levels of Men’s gymnastics.
  • Experience in all levels of competitive gymnastics (Level 4 through Level 10).
  • National/International experience a plus!
  • A willingness to teach/coach in all of our programs: gymnastics (boys, girls, trampoline, preschool, dance, adaptive and more!).
  • A good knowledge base of progressions and techniques for coaching/teaching men’s gymnastics.
  • Ability to adapt to Covid restrictions and a different style of coaching/teaching such as, wearing a mask, spacing the athletes, less spotting, and more progressions.
  • Ability to lead a group of experienced coaches in an effective and collaborative way.
Experienced Gymnastics Coach

We are hiring for daytime before and after-school hours and weekends. We are open 7 days a week 8:00 am-9:00 pm. The strongest need is for evenings from 4-8 pm and Saturday mornings from 8:30 am-1 pm.
