This is an open gymnastics competition for Men and Women athletes with unique abilities and unified partners. The artistic competition will be a modified Capital Cup Format (with one floor exercise) and Rhythmic will be a two floor format.

Rules for competition & awards will follow Special Olympics Minnesota.

Reserve your spot by emailing Michaela Chelberg (michaela.chelberg@mini-hops.com) by Monday, March 2, 2026 with the preliminary number of athletes planned to compete in each of the disciplines.

Registration Form can be found below. Please download as a copy to edit and complete all necessary information (applicable to your team) on all of the TABS in the spreadsheet. Rename with your team name and email back to Michaela by the registration deadline.

All athletes must have updated paperwork with their SO state office prior to April 20.

There are discounted rooms available for Saturday and Sunday evening at the Residence Inn in Plymouth for anyone that is traveling a distance. For the discounted rate, rooms must be booked by April 11th. Please use the button below to make your reservation at the discounted rate.
